Sudothink is a SaaS platform for the remote configuration, deployment and administration of Windows computers. RenderThink also publishes a separate second product; this notice concerns Sudothink only.

4. Third-party services

To provide the service, Sudothink relies on the following providers:

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (payment processing): 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS and R2 storage of deployed software): contact details in section 3.
  • OpenAI (artificial intelligence assistant): United States.
  • PostHog (audience measurement and product analytics): European Union.
  • Resend, Inc. (sending of transactional emails): United States.

Processing details and transfers outside the European Union are set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Sudothink site and platform (text, interfaces, source code, trademarks, logos, databases, documentation) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of RenderThink, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without RenderThink's prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have rights over your data, which you may exercise at contact@sudothink.com.

7. Cookies

The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Grenoble.
