You might be wondering
Do I need to install anything to take control?
No. Remote control opens in your browser, from the dashboard. On the device side, the already-connected Sudothink agent shares the screen, with no extra software.
Does the person know their computer is being controlled?
Yes. A banner is shown on the device throughout the session to make it clear. Remote control is never invisible.
Can the user refuse or stop remote control?
They can stop it at any time in one click from their device. The session also ends as soon as you close it or the agent disconnects.
Can I take control of a powered-off or offline computer?
No. The computer must be online, with the agent connected. On a powered-off computer, with no network or with the agent closed, remote control is not available.
Which plans include remote desktop control?
